Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
200-250 ml of milk
Honey or another sweetener (optional)
Berries to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds to 200-250 ml of milk.
2. Chia seeds absorb liquid quickly, but it's best to leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.
3. Once it's thickened, add honey or another sweetener (optional), mix it up, and top with your favorite berries.
